After that, subscription billing recurs on the 25th of each month prior to shipping.

Questions
How does pricing work?
Issue 0 is for pioneers only: the first 50 members, at $12.34 a month, locked for as long as you stay subscribed. If you cancel, your spot isn't re-sold at that price. Standard membership is $13.45 a month and opens with Issue 1, which closes January 25.
When will my envelope arrive?
Issue 0 closes November 25 and ships before December 7. Issue 1 closes January 25 and ships before February 7. Allow 18–20 days to the USA or Europe (Japan Post estimate). Other countries vary.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, to the countries offered at checkout. Shipping is included, by standard mail.
What if my letter gets lost?
Standard international airmail does not include tracking. If your envelope hasn’t arrived after 3 to 4 weeks, please send me a message and I’ll gladly arrange a replacement for you.
How do I update my address, get an invoice or cancel?
Open the customer portal and sign in with your checkout email. Update your address or card, download invoices, or cancel before the next billing date. If you move, update your address before your envelope ships.
